A 52-year-old Asheville bus driver who blacked out behind the wheel before hitting a woman on the sidewalk has been involved in four accidents since 2007, according to citizen-times.com.
An Asheville police accident investigator said an undiagnosed medical condition caused the bus driver to lose consciousness. His bus damaged three Asheville businesses and left a 55-year-old South Carolina woman with serious injuries.
Should this North Carolina bus driver be allowed to drive a bus in Asheville after this Asheville auto accident? What penalty, if any, should he face?
