North Carolina police officer injured in accident

A North Carolina police car was involved in a three-car accident.
According to a report on wbtv.com, a driver heading northeast near the intersection of Liberty Hill Church Road and Hatley Road just north of Oakboro crossed the center line, causing the Oakboro police car and a Honda Accord to lose control.
The report said three people were injured in the accident, including the Oakboro police officer.
