According to the Asheville Citizen-Times, Western North Carolina school districts will receive free education videos to help teens avoid North Carolina auto accidents.
The videos from AAA are aimed at spreading the word about the dangers of texting and driving, hoping to decrease the number of North Carolina auto accidents.

A 22-year-old man driving the car took off after the crash but later turned himself in, according to The Daily Reflector. He is being charged with felony hit-and-run.

Seven people were hurt in an auto accident involving a Charlotte school bus.
According to WTKR.com, the bus was carrying 46 students and was headed toward Cochrane Middle School in Charlotte. No serious injuries were reported.
